Terms and Conditions
SLLLC DETAILING POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS:

This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) and SLLLC Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as “SLLLC Detailing,” “contractor,” “technician,” “us,” “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service, you agree to the full terms of this agreement without modification.

By using the services of SLLLC Detailing, you hereby agree to the following terms:

1. OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO OFFER A PROFESSIONAL AND QUALITY DETAILING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.
Your vehicle and proper detailing techniques are our priorities.
We will not perform any service that has the potential to cause harm or damage to your vehicle.

2. PRIOR TO SLLLC DETAILING PERFORMING SERVICES ON YOUR VEHICLE, YOU, THE OWNER, WILL ADVISE US OF ANY COSMETIC OR MECHANICAL ISSUES THAT WOULD PREVENT US FROM COMPLETING THE DETAIL.
These may include a low battery, a trunk permanently shut, windows that do not roll down, etc…

3. IF YOUR VEHICLE POSES A POTENTIAL THREAT TO OUR HEALTH AND/OR SAFETY, PLEASE LET US KNOW.
★If there is the threat of any harmful substances in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle. If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the total amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).

SLLLC Detailing reserves the right to refuse service.

4. OPERATING & MOVING YOUR VEHICLE:
Customers will give SLLLC detailing access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed-upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document ensures that you authorize us to operate and move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our SLLLC technician.

5. APPOINTMENTS:
We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes, situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Rushing to meet a schedule will never compromise our safety and quality. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

6. PRICING VARIES FOR EACH VEHICLE AND IS DETERMINED BY SIZE, PACKAGE, AND CONDITION:
Due to the additional time required, additional charges may apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, and personal item removal. In some cases, rescheduling may be required to allow enough time to perform services.
❖A member of the SLLLC Detailing team will discuss any additional cost or rescheduling with customers before services are performed.

7. PROPERTY DAMAGE:
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold SLLLC Mobile Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim, and liability (including attorney’s fees) arising out of SLLLC Mobile Detailing services, including without limitation, any property damage which occurs to my property or the property of any neighbor. I acknowledge that SLLLC Detailing and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never had an accident. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. We will advise you of the incident if something gets damaged while detailing your vehicle. By agreeing to our detailing services, you also agree not to hold SLLLC Detailing liable for any damages to your vehicle.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like the area under the car seat cleaned, please have it removed prior to your appointment. We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these areas cleaned, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

SLLLC Detailing will not be responsible or held accountable for personal items left in the vehicle prior to your appointment that is damaged or lost. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove any and all personal items prior to your appointment.

9. WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT:
We detail rain or shine and are prepared for almost any weather conditions, including but not limited to rain. Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top-quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and for you to avoid our cancellation fee totaling $40.00.

If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will have the following option:

You can cancel your appointment for $40.00. This option is valid up to twelve (12) hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than twelve (12) hours notice are charged 50% of the detailed service price. An appointment is not considered canceled until the customer has canceled it via the online system or confirmed the cancellation via an SLLLC Detailing representative.

Any booking/appointment with a value of $400.00 or more requires 48 hours notice to change or cancel. Due to the amount of time reserved for a single customer, cancellations of these appointments are subject to being charged the total amount without proper 48-hour notice.

10. PAYMENTS:
We accept credit cards, cash, and electronic payments. Payments are due before arrival. Cash payments can be given if extra services are needed or to tip our detailers.

11. FEEDBACK AND PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEO:
We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (slllc. detailing@gmail.com) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also have your permission, and you agree that SLLLC Detailing should take pictures or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes when using our services. These will never be sold or given to third parties. We will not display license plates in any picture or video.

12. QUALITY SERVICE AND DAMAGE/ACCIDENTS:
We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to restore your vehicle to its previous or new condition completely. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to its best condition possible within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. At the end of the job, we will conduct a final inspection together with you. If you find our service unsatisfactory after the final inspection and after we have left, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern(s). SLLLC Detailing will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with our SLLLC Detailing technician. Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage caused by detailing your vehicle or for any other reason.

13. ACCESS TO WATER & ELECTRICITY:
We require access to water and electricity for all of our car detailing services. If you do not have access to either, please email us so we can find a solution.
❖Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a $40.00 cancelation or rescheduling fee.
